Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At Neravé, we want to provide you with the most flexible shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding purchase options such as subscriptions or recurring orders.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • If you have opted for a subscription service, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your Customer Account page.

  • To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

2. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Neravé account.

  2. Go to the 'Manage Subscriptions' section.

  3. Select the active subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts.

3. Refunds After Cancellation

  • Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed or shipped. Please refer to our Refund Policy for items already in transit.
